Dear Family & Friends New to the Blog

I am so glad your path has brought you to my blog. I hope that you will enjoy and be enlightened by this. I will be posting on the blog once a week or so with a fun little spiritual message that is connected to a tip of how to stay healthy.

Healthy Updates:
Since we all have limited time, I will keep it short, so that you can read it in a few minutes. You can get an email update when I post!

  • There are tabs along the right side of the page (right below the "search bar", they are hiding so hover over the black tall rectangle along the edge)
  •  When you hover over them 3 tabs will pop out 
  • Click on the bottom one and it will ask you to subscribe
  • Put your email address there 
  • Then you'll get an email that is titled:

    "Activate your Email Subscription to: Perfect Plan"

    that you need to click on a link to confirm it...then you are set! 
  • Every time I post it will send you an email! (don't worry, it won't be like junk mail, I'll only post every week or two and it will be short :) and they won't send you ANYTHING except for when I post, NO SPAM, promise!!)


Your Homework:
If this is your first time, please visit the tabs: "Why So Perfect?" and "My Story"...this will help you understand why I am even putting time and energy into this blog. This will also help you understand where I get the information I am sharing and why I share it in the way I do :) I hope you enjoy!

How to use the Blog:
Along with the subscribing tab, there are also "Labels" and "Blog Archive." The Labels are fun if you want to see what I have posted about the "Word of Wisdom" or "Talks from the Prophets." You can also see what I have posted in the past in the "Blog Archive" that doesn't show on the home page.

Feel free to interact:
Feel free email me or leave comments! Let me know if you have any questions (i.e. What is better: margarine or butter? OR I've heard that eating five small meals a day is better, is that true? OR any question about overall wellness: eating, dieting, stress, strength training, exercise, preventing chronic diseases, etc.) I have had many classes about these subjects, and I can also look up information on Peer Reviewed Journals and Studies. Also, if you don't agree with something I post... that's fine! I love learning, so email me and let me know where you got the information that contradicts what I have said, we can study it up, and we can learn together :)
